Prescription Renewal Program — Songbird Medical

Prescription Renewal Plan Notice Changes

Songbird Medical offers a program to help with prescription renewals requested without an appointment as these services are NOT covered by OHIP. It is available for individual, Couple and family rates on a yearly basis.

The plan will now include Medication Prescriptions and and Prescription Letters (ex. Massage/Physio/Orthotics).

New Rates:

Not Subscribed to Plan/No Appointment - $20.00/renewal

Individual Plan - $40.00

Couples Plan - $70.00

Family Plan - $100.00

You can pay for these services in office by Cash, Debit, Visa/Mastercard or by E-transfer to admin@songbirdmedical.ca.

When paying by e-transfer, please add your full name including all family members on the plan and a note stating this is a payment toward the Prescription Renewal Program.

If you do not wish to participate in the Prescription Renewal Program, we ask that you book an appointment 2 weeks before your medication runs out.
